October 16, 2025 – Notice of Group Structure
Niko Jokela Consulting Oy has been incorporated into a group structure, with Niko Jokela Holding Oy serving as the parent company. The holding company also owns Nordic Green Solutions Oy.
The new structure does not affect our daily operations, existing projects, or agreements. All services and deliveries continue as before under Niko Jokela Consulting Oy, unless otherwise agreed.

Niko Jokela Consulting Oy has reached a significant milestone with the signing of our 100th project order.
These projects span maintenance development, engineering, maintenance data services, and site support across 5 continents, serving customers in the process, steel, mining, marine, energy, and startup sectors.
This milestone reflects the trust placed in us by our clients over the past 10 years.
