Our CEO and Principal Consultant since 2015. Niko is a real entrepreneur, with skills as a technical and maintenance manager in full scale factories. Boasting a wealth of over 25 years of industry experience, he is directly engaged with clients at the forefront of operations.
Niko’s absolute strength lies in his ability to look and plan far ahead – to draw the big picture. Another one of Niko’s great strengths is the experience and confidence conveyed in his presentations, as well as an aura that instills trust.
Sauli is the right person when leading for projects is needed and you want to work with a person who is easy going, energetic and have a great sense of humor. He holds experience as a project manager for international maintenance projects, specializing in full maintenance data deliveries for process industry. In addition to projects and maintenance data, he also provides consultancy services. Has a good grasp of how quickly resources can perform and thus sets very realistic goals for when each task should be completed.
Our senior project engineer in international maintenance projects, producing all aspects of maintenance data. Juho also manages entire projects internally and serves as the team leader for the maintenance team. He is also responsible for the company’s OEE services and collaborates in providing OEE measurement services with a contract service supplier. Juho is a team player who strives to achieve the best possible results. Particularly skilled in preventive maintenance planning. Masters the delivery areas of data projects and is always willing to help. Engages directly with clients in flexible attitude, if you need a guy you can trust, Juho is a man of his word.
Ari functions as a senior project engineer in international maintenance projects, producing all aspects of maintenance data. Serves as a leading specialist in automation and predictive maintenance of automation equipment. Directly engages with clients. Ari has a professional approach to automation challenges due to his engineering background and has truly broad understanding of different processes. Holds great understanding of process technology and thus skilled at creating technical hierarchies. Also, possesses a lot of expertise in preventive maintenance. Ari is a person who’s attitude is: simply get it solved!
Our senior project engineer and the one who leads the engineering team. Primarily engaged in plant and layout design as well as other mechanical design tasks. Jere occasionally produces maintenance data, such as preventive maintenance planning. Engages directly with clients and Jere is known for his great social skills. A team player who strives to achieve the best possible outcome. He is always willing to be flexible when needed to get the job done, even in tight deadlines. Has a desire to develop and bring forth new ideas and Jere´s secret is creativity, and he is known for his positive attitude.
Olli works as a project manager in site service projects and as a project engineer in maintenance projects. Hands-on professional focusing on tasks at production sites; installation supervision, installation and repairs, and other maintenance work and inspections. Also serves as the team leader for site services. With a positive attitude, Olli engages directly with clients. When you want a professional, with a down-to-earth perspective, with practical intelligence, and versatile skills, Olli is the right person. This person can handle tools, starting from welding gear, understands the process inside out, and can even design and draw improvement ideas themselves when needed. A true practical professional!
